If you are unable to visit one of our locations at Seattle Art Museum Downtown or Seattle Asian Art Museum in Volunteer Park, you can purchase online with us and have your order shipped!

Do you ship internationally?

SAM Shop Online is currently only shipping within the continental United States (also Alaska and Hawaii).

 

When can I expect to receive my order?

Orders from SAM Shop online should arrive within 8-10 business days.

Should you need an order shipped sooner, please select an expedited shipping method or call us at 206-654-3120 to arrange a rush order.

 

How do I track my order?

Order details will be emailed to you from shoponline@seattleartmuseum.org.  This will provide you with details regarding fulfillment, shipping and tracking of your order.

PLEASE NOTE: SAM Shop Online operates using a separate database from SAM Membership and will not be synced with your emails or passwords for those accounts.

 

How is Sales Tax calculated for orders?

Because SAM Shop is only located in the state of Washington, the sales tax will be applied to all orders within our state.

For orders shipping out of state, no sales tax will be applied.

 

What is your return policy?

Items are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt of goods, providing they are in saleable condition.  Return postage will be paid by the customer, unless the return is due to defect of merchandise.  Please see your emails from SAM Shop Online for further instructions on how to complete a return that needs to be shipped back to the SAM Shop Shipping Department.

 

Can I return an item purchased online at one of your shop locations?

Items purchased from SAM Shop Online can be returned to our downtown SAM Shop location.  To process your return, please bring with you the receipt and paperwork for the item/items being returned and your credit card used for the original purchase.
