Seattle jewelry designer Regina Chang grew up lingering outside the windows of famous jewelry houses in New York, London, Tokyo and Hong Kong and learned her craft by remaking old costume jewelry. Her jewelry hobby serendipitously turned itself into a career. Chang’s designs walk the line between delicate and strong.
